Tim is the founder of Falls Real Estate.
After receiving his Master’s degree from the University of South Dakota, he quickly found his passion for real estate. Finding successful investments in commercial real estate quickly turned from a hobby into a full-time job. He is in charge of putting together deals and managing commercial properties.
Falls Real Estate was developed to act as a one stop shop for real estate in Sioux Falls. In addition to owning and managing over $20 million worth of commercial properties such as Shriver Square and The River Centre, Falls Real Estate also focuses on finding residents of Sioux Falls their dream homes.
Tim is married to his wife Emily – a second grade teacher. They have a son, Rylan and a daughter, Ava. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and cheering on the 49ers!

Amanda is the general manager at Falls Real Estate. She is a jack-of-all-trades, having her hand in the leasing and property management of Shriver Square Lofts, marketing for Falls Real Estate, as well as assisting Tim, Spencer and Nick grow a successful real estate agency.
Before joining Falls Real Estate, Amanda spent 11 years working at a local TV station as the Creative Services and Promotions Manager. There she built relationships with local businesses and helped grow their brands. She wore many hats- marketing, project management, video shooting, editing, writing- lots of different things! All that variety gives her the experience to take on her position at Falls Real Estate!
Amanda loves our community and is happy to be working in downtown Sioux Falls.

Nick was brought up in a farming family just west of Sioux Falls in Salem, SD, where the Eichackers raise both cattle and crops. Upon graduating from the University of South Dakota he began his professional career in commodity trading. In his most recent position prior to joining Falls Real Estate, he was a Senior Trader in charge of trading the export markets for his company. This high level of negotiating experience coupled with the hard work ethic instilled in him from the farm will make him a valuable asset to you in your residential real estate needs.
Spencer was born and raised in Rapid City, SD where he learned firsthand what it takes to be a great Realtor. Spencer’s parents have been selling real estate since the 1970’s. He grew up going to open houses with his mom and dad watching them negotiate real estate deals on a daily basis. Spencer recognized from a young age that he had a passion for real estate and wanted to follow in his parent’s footsteps.
After graduating from the University of South Dakota with a Business Degree, Spencer moved to Sioux Falls where he worked for a local non-profit, traveling the state raising money for their cause. His most current position before joining Falls Real Estate was as an Account Executive for a local TV station. Spencer learned all aspects of creating a great marketing campaign that he’ll surely bring to the table when it’s time to market your home.
Spencer loves Sioux Falls and spends a lot of his time giving back to the community. He volunteers on a regular basis for several non-profits and currently sits on the Bethany Meadows Golf Committee and the Bethany Foundation Annual Fundraiser Committee.
In his spare time, Spencer enjoys hunting, fishing, playing softball and golf.

Brandon is a family friend who was raised in Milbank, SD. Before joining the Falls Real Estate team, he dipped his feet into many different career paths before finding his niche here as chief maintenance technician. Prior to moving to Sioux Falls, Brandon joined the Army National Guard where he learned a great deal of hard work and discipline. During those six years he gained knowledge in team work as well as customer service. In his past time, Brandon enjoys cooking and cheering for the Minnesota Vikings
