 Tim is the founder of Falls Real Estate.

After receiving his Master’s degree from the University of South Dakota, he quickly found his passion for real estate. Finding successful investments in commercial real estate quickly turned from a hobby into a full-time job. He is in charge of putting together deals and managing commercial properties.

Falls Real Estate was developed to act as a one stop shop for real estate in Sioux Falls. In addition to owning and managing commercial properties such as Corporate Center IV in northern Sioux Falls and The River Centre in downtown Sioux Falls, Falls Real Estate also focuses on finding residents of Sioux Falls their dream homes.

Tim is married to his wife Emily – a fifth grade teacher. They have a son, Rylan and two daughters, Ava and Harley. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, fishing, and cheering on the 49ers!

Amanda is the general manager at Falls Real Estate. She enjoys assisting her team in whatever they need to be successful.

Before joining Falls Real Estate, Amanda spent 11 years working at a local TV station as the Creative Services and Promotions Manager. There she built relationships with local businesses and helped grow their brands. She wore many hats- marketing, project management, video shooting, editing, writing- lots of different things! All that variety gives her the experience to take on her position at Falls Real Estate!

Nick was brought up in a farming family just west of Sioux Falls in Salem, SD, where the Eichackers raise both cattle and crops. Upon graduating from the University of South Dakota he began his professional career in commodity trading.

In his most recent position prior to joining Falls Real Estate, he was a Senior Trader in charge of trading the export markets for his company. This high level of negotiating experience coupled with the hard work ethic instilled in him from the farm will make him a valuable asset to you in your residential real estate needs.

Spencer was born and raised in Rapid City, SD where he learned firsthand what it takes to be a great Realtor. Spencer’s parents have been selling real estate since the 1970’s. He grew up going to open houses with his mom and dad watching them negotiate real estate deals on a daily basis. Spencer recognized from a young age that he had a passion for real estate and wanted to follow in his parent’s footsteps.

In his first year and a half of selling real estate, Spencer had more than 14 million dollars in sales! He has helped all kinds of clients – first time home buyers, investors, move up buyers, and sellers. With his local real estate knowledge, Spencer can help anyone with their real estate needs.

After graduating from the University of South Dakota with a Business Degree, Spencer moved to Sioux Falls in 2010 where he worked for a local non-profit, traveling the state raising money for its cause. His most current position before joining Falls Real Estate was as an Account Executive for the local NBC affiliate. Spencer learned how to be a great negotiator and how to create a great marketing campaign. It’s these kinds of skills along with many others that he’ll bring to the table when it’s time to help you buy or sell your home.

Spencer loves Sioux Falls and spends a lot of his time giving back to the community. He volunteers on a regular basis for several non-profits. In his spare time, Spencer enjoys hunting, fishing, playing softball, golfing and of course being with his amazing wife Erica and their two children, Case and Cobie.

Nic is very familiar with Sioux Falls and the surrounding area having grown up in Brandon. Prior to graduating from South Dakota State University, he became interested in real estate. He job shadowed for several agents in Sioux Falls and learned multiple facets of the business. 

His interest in sales led him to a venture at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a sales rep where he grew his negotiation and customer service skills, which couples well with his real estate knowledge. He has also spent time in the Customer Service Department at Daktronics assisting customers with their video display needs.

Nic’s favorite part of being a real estate agent is getting to know clients, learning their needs, and getting them into a home they love. 

In Nic’s spare time he enjoys playing golf, spending time at the lake with family, friends and dog Zara, and rooting on the Minnesota Vikings and Twins.

Allison grew up in Madison, SD, and graduated with an Elementary Education degree from SMSU in Marshall. She moved to Sioux Falls in 2009 and taught kindergarten through 2021.

Allison is very excited for this career change at Falls Real Estate, as she has always had a passion for the real estate market and interior design. When she and her husband started a house flipping business, Moses Properties, in 2016, it allowed her to be in her element, picking finishes and making her design visions come to life with the expertise of her husband, the general contractor. She’s anxious to help you with all your design and real estate needs.

Allison lives in Tea with her husband, Michael, and two boys, Camden and Treyson. When not working on flips or working the housing market, she loves being a boy mom, going to her boys’ sporting events and doing outdoor activities.
